Predictive Dialer Technical SupportOne year of Technical Support is included with the purchase of Piranha Predictive Dialer for the original Buyer/User. Additional Technical Support may be purchased for $50 per hour. Technical Support includes helping User install and learn how to use this software and voice board(s).

Technical Support hours are 8 am to 6 pm (US Central Time Zone), Monday through Friday, except for holidays.

Note: Our technicians and programmers leave at 6 pm Central Time. Help requests received later than 5 pm might not be answered until the next day.

Before receiving technical support, you must first register your product online at: http://www.tellacom.net/register/index.php

Once you have registered, the fastest way to get help is to create your own job ticket at:  http://www.tellacom.net/support/login.php
